How to Apply / Fill Online RRB Application Form?

Applying Online - The process
- Applying online can be divided in four stages as mentioned below.
- In order to apply online you have to follow step by step instruction as provided below.
- Click on 'NEW REGISTRATION' to apply to any one of the RRBs.
- Select your RRB and click on the 'APPLY NOW' button.
#1 First stage in registration
- Go to Preliminary Registration page
- select your qualification from the drop-down list available.
- Fill in your Name, Father's name, Date of birth(DOB), Email Id, Mobile number and other details.
- Your details should match your 10th / H.S.C / Matriculation certificate.
- In the next step you will have to go through the activation process, where your email id and the mobile number will be validated.
- After the validation a new Registration Number is generated.
- Now go to your Email Inbox and check for an email sent by RRB for activation.
- Click on the link in that email.
- After clicking on the link, you will be redirected to a web-page where you will have to input the OTP(one time password) sent to your mobile number
- This will generate the registration number.
#2 Second stage : Filling the Form
- You can go to the Second Stage of registration by clicking the 'Candidate Login' menu from the home page of the registration portal.
- You will now have to input your Registration ID and Date of birth.
- Now select your preferences for the various job posts for which you are eligible.
- Fill in your Educational Qualification, address and other details as asked.
#3 Third stage : Paying Fees
- In the third stage you will have to pay the applicable fee.
- You can make your payment through Credit/Debit Cards, Net banking, SBI Bank Challan / Post Office Challan
- Note that you will not have to pay extra transaction charges if you are paying through SBI Debit card / Internet banking.
- After payment you must again login through the Candidate Login menu from the homepage of the registration portal and enter the Receipt Number and deposit date.
#4 Fourth stage: Uploading Documents
- Finally you have to upload your scanned color photograph.
- Be careful during uploading your photo as improper photo will lead the rejection of your candidature.
- now you can print out your application for any future reference.
- If you belong to SC/ST category and who wish to avail free travel authority, then upload the scanned copy of your caste certificate.
- If you want to edit your application, then choose the 'Modify Application' button on the registration portal.
- For editing you will have to submit an extra fee of Rs.100/-.
Re-editing your RRB application
- Alter Application in the same RRB,Candidates can roll out any improvements to their application inside the RRB to which they have connected.
- Change Application and apply to various RRB: Competitors who have connected to one RRB can pick to apply to an alternate RRB inside and out. In the wake of making installment for Alter, the competitors can pick the RRB to which they need to re-apply.
- The application they have effectively made will be scratched off and another Enrollment ID for the new RRB will be produced.
